Welcome to Creative Rise!

Welcome to Creative Rise Art Therapy, where creativity meets healing! Taking the first step to seek support is an act of courage, and I commend you for being here. Whether you are facing challenges with self-esteem, body image, relationships, navigating life transitions, or healing from past trauma, know that you don't have to do it alone. This space is for you—a place where your voice, feelings, and experiences are heard and honored.

My goal is to help you find your own path, one that aligns with who you truly are and the life you wish to create.

For parents seeking support for their children, I provide a nurturing environment where kids of all ages can express themselves through art and find healing in their own way. While I primarily work with women navigating their own healing journeys, I also cherish the opportunity to help young minds grow and thrive.

Your journey matters, and I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

About Me

My name is Kelsey Brannock, I’m a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) in Florida, a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist in New York, and the founder of Creative Rise Art Therapy. I have 7 years of experience in the field and I specialize in guiding women and teens through eating disorder recovery. I am experienced in helping those of all ages who struggle with anxiety, loss, and low self-esteem to build a more positive internal dialogue, establish healthy relationships and create a stronger sense of overall wellbeing.

Throughout my life I have depended greatly on art for my own creative expression. After graduating from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in social work and psychology, I served for 3 years as a United States Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines. Following my service, I moved to New York and received a master's degree in Creative Arts Therapy from the School of Visual Arts in May 2017. While in New York I spent two years working with homeless and at-risk teens and one year with adults living with HIV/AIDS and mental health issues. Shortly after graduating, I returned to Florida and began working at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and created their art therapy program, which reached all units and patients within the hospital. I later spent 6 years at The Renfrew Center, a residential treatment center for eating disorders, working as a primary therapist and program manager before starting my own practice.

In my practice today, I offer a warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach, creating a safe and beautiful space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and creativity. With the beach just across the street, I aim to provide not just therapy, but a holistic experience that nourishes your mind, body, and soul. I offer Telehealth services for those in the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming. If you’re ready to embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery, I invite you to reach out today and I look forward to hearing from you!
